Phil Boyte speaks about the importance of school culture and school climate.
Phil Boyte is a Culture Coach, as well as a Professional Development and Culture Summit Facilitator. Phil helps educational leaders to create schools that are so fun, encouraging, and safe they have to beg students and teachers to leave at the end of the day. He has travelled the continent for over thirty years working with school educators in thousands of schools.
He is the founder of Learning for Living and the creator of programs such as Link Crew, WEB, and Breaking Down the Walls. He also wrote the book School Culture By Design.
